Anniversary Celebration
Each year on December 16, members of the Chicagoland Area Alumni Association and other alumni and active members from the area gather to celebrate the founding of Alpha Phi Omega. The event, started in 1997, takes place at Frank Reed Horton Way, which is at the corner of S. Halsted and W. Harrison Streets in Chicago and near the campus of the University of Illinois - Chicago. Everyone usually then heads to dinner in nearby Greek Town.
